It has worked without any problems. The only minor complaint I have is that it did not come with a water line connection hose. You could order one from Amama or you go out an purchase one as I did. I just thought it should have come with one as it delayed my install by a day. Other than that, I am pleased with it and consider it a good buy

This was used on our investors' rental. We had to scramble to keep the tenant happy. The reason for going on new products is that the homeowner/investor/us will not have to face the hassle of calling technicians.
