Once it was installed, we test ran it and the bottom was full of water when it was complete. We called the warranty number and they are sending someone out in about 2 weeks. We reran it a few times, and it always leaves the bottom full of water. We tried to just run the "drain" cycle, but it still won't empty the bottom water.

Heated drying is sub-par

I knew when I purchased it there were reviews about the lack of drying completely, but after using it twice and seeing what a subpar job it does in drying, I was not satisfied. Additionally, my last load of dishes contained some (very little as I rinse my dishes well) spaghetti sauce on the door that was still there after the dishes had been cleaned. If you don't mind hand drying dishes I suppose this would be a good option.
