Our heated dry cycle option is meant to be used in conjunction with rinse aid. We recommend running another load of dishes with rinse aid to see if there is a difference. Upon installation, I had to go back to Best Buy to buy a installation kit because it does not come with one fitting necessary to install the unit. The part was a relatively cheap part and instead of including it with the unit, I had to buy a kit with a bunch of parts that I don’t need.

I needed to have it serviced twice before the one year warranty ran out. The first time it started making loud grinding noise and would not fill with water. secondly, once the cycle is finished to dishes are still soak in wet regardless of using drying agent.

Only got this because the price and we are upgrading everything next year. Save up a little more for something better quality. Door broke the first time we opened it and I had to fix it.

Motor blew before 3 years old

I called for service. It was taking 3 to 4 cycles to clean the dishes. I was told the motor needed to be repaired. IT'S NOT EVEN 3 YEARS OLD. Don't waste your money.

Every wash is left wet, top and bottom racks. If I could find someone to disconnect it I would send it back. You get what you pay for when it comes to quality. I only bought it because it looked like my old one that I had for 11 years but was a different brand.

This is louder than the 15+ year old GE I previously had. After the first wash I got on Best Buy’s website to return it and I was out of the return window. I guess that’s the worst part about ordering then waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery. Never again!

So after reading the specs I found out it was condensation drying. So I called and returned it for a different model and payed the price difference gladly.

We regret that you are not totally satisfied with your dishwasher. We manufacture several different models with various feature and accessory designs while trying to provide appliances that are versatile in meeting the needs of our customers and adhering to increasing governmental restrictions. Current dishwasher heating cycles have been cut short due to standards set by the Department of Energy. To overcome this, we recommend using rinse aid to help sheet off extra water. First, fill the compartment will rinse aid until full. Next, turn the dial under the rinse aid cap from 2 (the factory preset) to 5 or 6. This will allow the rinse aid to cover the dishes and form to the inside cabinet. Turn it back down after a few loads, and you will notice a big difference the amount of water in the unit and on the dishes.
