Visibly damaged upon delivery. Granted it was open box but it has a huge dent in the front panel. Will definitely return it.

Horrible does not was correctly. Still find food on dishes even when pre-washing. Not very quiet either

I should’ve spent a bit more and gotten a dishwasher that actually works. I have to dry everything by hand afterwards.

Don’t waste your money. To warm up anything if it’s a minute you have to give it 10 minutes.Very disappointing would never recommend

Dishwasher was broke when they delivered it. Never got to use it. They delivered a second one after two weeks that was also broke.

this dishwasher is noisy and next to worthless. it doesn't dry anything. wish i hadn't accepted it in lew of the one i originally ordered.

Delivery company completely messed up the delivery and installation. They were terrible!

So far the dishwasher works great. Select the Hi-temp button to get the water hot enough to wash. Although I wished this machine dried the dishes better. Even with the rinse-aid leaves the dishes wet although not as wet if used without. Unlike my older model dishwasher were it dried the dishes fully this one does not. Not loud fairly quiet. I do like the wash arm on the upper rack. So far plenty of room for my needs inside. Overall it does a good job washing just not a great job at drying.

I bought this brand new not even 4 years ago. The dishwasher has been slowly deteriorating ever since. It has been washing great and drying perfectly. Recently we have noticed that the water has been trickling in, indicating a clogged water inlet valve. This I replaced for a fairly inexpensive price. And it was a simple fix. However the issue did not stop there. The upper arm no longer pushes water, as it was bone dry after a test run… not even a drip which makes me wonder if the lower arm is also not shooting water out. I have cleaned out and cleared any debris out of the filters and line, and regularly use my bottle brush to clean the arm spouts. Reviewing the water hose from the lower arm to the upper, it makes me wonder if this pump is also out.. we are deciding to go with another brand of dishwasher as this seems to be just part after part is not worth buying all the new parts. I am in IT not appliance repair. I can see why now there is only a one year warranty on this product.

Replaced my Frigidaire Gallery with this one. I paid $299.00 and picked it up at the store. It is a very simple machine, which is what I wanted. I only ever used one button on my other one. A lot of things you do not need are not here and can not fail on you. It washes just fine, and is not really all that loud. It is rather cheaply made. The baskets are thin and very junky compared to the Gallery. There is no insulation on the machine. I transferred all of the padding from my Gallery to this one and it fit like a glove. This may have helped with the sound. It is very, very light to carry. Overall looks are good. Stainless is nice, but thin. Really have to push hard to close it. Only complaint is that it does not dry worth a crap. It leaves the dishes pretty wet and the inside of the machine is drenched. No big deal I guess. I would not buy this if it were not on sale. Not worth a penny over 300.00. I did install it myself, very easy install.

I have only had the dishwasher working for about a week! Had to wait until the kitchen remodel was finished! So far so good! I was also impressed with the quick delivery, and the professionalism of the crew!
