Great item for a plain Jane type of appliance

So far everything has been ok with the exception of timing to add the softener which has not turned out to be a big problem because our water is really soft and there are the dryer sheets you can add to the dryer. So far it's been a win win for us

The cycles are relatively fast and it effectively cleans my clothes. It is small which can be a positive or a negative depending on your space requirements and load sizes. For me, it is perfect for my starter home. I would recommend this washer.
