Clothing left too wet after spin cycle was complete. Required two cycles in dryer. Repair said that was just the way the machine worked, so I had it picked up and purchased a different machine.

it washes the clothes quickly & gets them really clean.

this washer had a low price but you get what you pay for. i hate the locking lid feature and when washing pillows or cat beds it pushes the cotton inside all around messing them up.

This washer is perfectly fine for 2 people amhappy

We bought it online, picked it up, connected at set it to work. It worked one cycle and when we start the second load it didn't worked. We had to return it.

Wish we would have spent a little more for a better quality machine. Very disappointed. You can hear it running and changing cycles from all over the house.

They delivered it, filled it with water and left! It never drained properly, it leaked all over my basement. I called to rectify and they basically said so what. They told me to call to get it fixed, at my expense. I told them they needed to replace it since it was seconds old. They said there wasn't any in stock and I would have to pay for an upgrade. I am so upset with Best Buy and are considering sending back everything I have ever bought thru them, but I will definately tell everyone such poor service I recieved and make sure my rentals have items that is not from them!

for the price it is a average washer. if you want a high end quality washer, then this isn't for you.

Worked for about 2.5 years. Was the loudest washing machine I've used in my entire life, rattled constantly, leaked water after the 1st year. Not a good washing machine. I suppose I got what I paid for. Learned my lesson to spend a bit more money for my washing machine, which I did with my subsequent one.

Works fine, but makes weird noises. You may not want to purchase it if you will be able to hear it.

It is a good basic washer for a second house or rental property. Does wash but dont look for alot of extras, though are none.

Great value on washer and dryer set! Just not happy with not having a fabric softener option, I mean it's brand new!

I had high hopes for this washing machine, but the first one kept draining water out as fast as it went in. So got another one thinking I had got a lemon. The second one is better, but still drains out the water. Know my water bill is going to be higher, and have wasted detergent.
