This machine is a great product for the money we spent we just wish the cycle were more options

Not happy with best buy! They shorted me on the points I was supposed to receive!

It does what is supposed to do. Haven't noted any problems thus far.

FOR THE MONEY A GOOD BUY BUT THE NOISE IS DRIVING EVEY BODY NUTS.

the washer works well if you have a medium load, but does not spin cloths dry enough when you have a full load so you end up using your dryer longer

while the load & temp choices are great ,it doesn't clean that well on any of them.I hate that I have to start all over when I need to add something.It didn't come with any hoses.I'VE NEVER BOUGHT A MACHINE THAT DIDN'T. i HAD TO USE THE DRAIN HOSE FROM MY OLD MACHINE & i BOUGHT WATER HOSES FROM WALMART.It also took forever to GET the machine once I paid for it. NOT IMPRESSED WITH MACHINE OR WITH BEST BUY.

when this machine was delivered by Best Buy's associates it was set up & we was told it doesn't come with the necessary hoses. Then it NEVER WORKED. The service tech returned & informs us that it has a bad sensor. So, straight out of the box it is already defected. :0( This was our first time buying a major appliance from Best Buy NEVER EVER AGAIN

Very Noisy. Vibration and noise are very noticeable and I have to close laundry room door.

THE TUB IS VERY SMALL, THE WATER INLET IS VERY SLOW, IT TAKES FOREVER TO FILL THE MACHINE TUB, AND OFCOURSE LEADS TO A VERY SLOW CYCLE, FEELS LIKE HORS TO COMPLETE A SINGLE LOAD. ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD CAN USE THIS MACHINE.

I bought this washing machine when I needed one and it was cheap. However, it broke on me within one month of buying it. It will fill with with water but will not continue with the cycle. I plan on returning this product.

I ended up getting three of these and still did not get one that worked . I switched to another brand and had better luck.

I didn't have a lot of money to spend. I was having 18 house guests coming to stay with us for 10 days. My washer was on it's "last load" every time I ran it. I needed new machines now! After checking the sales I read some reviews about this washer. Several mentioned how quiet it was. Since my laundryroom is right off the kitchen, and next to the den, I wanted quiet. This new washer works great. It was delivered the day before everyone arrived. We did several loads a day the whole time everyone was here. After they left I did non stop bedding laundry for 3 days. This washer runs great, gets everything nicely clean and is very quite. I think I made a good choice.

I've only had it for a few days, so I can't speak to its durability, but so far I like this washer a lot. I did not want alot of bells and whistles, they seem like more trouble than they're worth. Replaced a 12 year old GE that had problem after problem the last few years. So far it gets clothes really clean, and spins them drier than my old machine ever did. The lid lock is kind of irritating, but I'll learn to live with it. For the price, this washer definitely does the job!

1 month after getting this washer, and it's doing just fine! Have done about 20 loads and it's super easy to use; just like the simple washing machines of old! Of course, this machine is waaaay quieter than those old machines! I love that. It does not have automatic detergent or fabric softener dispersers, but it does have a bleach dispenser, which I think is kinda weird. But I just put the detergent with my clothes and throw in a Downy ball with the fabric softener and presto! Best Buy even delivered mine for free!

My 12 year old Kenmore broke in the morning, and I was in desperate need of a replacement. After checking other stores in the area I checked BestBuy and found this machine. $50 less than the competition! It is a basic washing machine, no fancy stuff that nobody needs, It does the job very well, so quiet, I had to check my laundry room if it was still running. No more shaking my house when it spins, simple an efficient. Programs for large, medium and small loads, long, medium and short cycles, regular, heavy and delicate loads. It has NO DISPENSER for fabric dosftener, which I found awkward at first, but I believe softener sheets in the dryer are more evironmentally friendly anyways, so I have no problem with that. I love the lid lock, which my old one did not have, and I like the lights, so you always know what proogram is running at the moment. It has a start/pause button, so you don't have to pull the program button anymore. Wih my Premier Silver Rewards card I saved the $20 for haul-away of my old machine, delievery and hook-up was $69 (like any other store in the area). I purchased Wednesday everning, delivery was Friday morning at 9 AM. That was amazing! If you need no bells and whistles, just a washer that does the job, this is the one for you!

I waited almost a year before writing this review because durability is a big part of a product like a washer, and so far I could not be more pleased. I got the W/D combo on sale for $640 and they both are performing like champs. As an XY human all I was looking for was a simple, basic washer that did the job and this one is it: standard cycles, simple operation, clean clothes. The washer makes some odd buzzing and clicking noises as it balances the load that takes some getting used to, and you cannot stop it once it starts to add fresheners or whatever fusspots do mid-cycle, but that is of no concern to me. The quietest washer I have ever heard as well. I am a "Buy American" guy and the good folks at Amana build a darn good product and I can honestly say that I am as happy as I can be with this washer, so keep your money in America and buy Amana!

My boyfriend and I chose this product because the price was right and had received many good reviews. We've owned the pair for a month and haven't had any problems. I probably wash a load every 2 days or so. The washer doesn't make a lot of noise but wasn't as quiet and the other reviews led me to believe. The locking mechanism isn't a problem, if you need to add another item once it starts you only need to pause it. It gets clothes very clean and can hold a lot. It even gets the bedspread clean. So far I LOVE it!

This is the 1st washer I ever bought. For the price I figured it would be the worst thing ever. I was so wrong. I love it. Yes you can hear it but it is not as loud as you may think. It washes my clothes very well. Oh don't let me forget to tell you the it is HUGE!!! My Queen size bedding fits with mo problem!!! Great Buy if you need one this is the Washer for You!!!
