I have enjoyed my washer from day one and I saved a great deal of money making my purchase at Best Buy!

Me and my husband got this after my last washer went out. I've seen a few reviews saying how loud it is and they regret getting it. I have yet to see a washer that doesn't make any noise while it's running that being said it's no where near as loud as some clam it to be. I will hear my dryer over this washer. And it is actually bigger then you may think. I can easily fit our kind size bedding in here and it get washed perfectly. With our last one I had to take it to a laundry mat to wash because even though my last one looked bigger on the inside then this one does it wouldn't fit unless you forced it too and then it wouldn't get cleaned All the way and we would still have dry spots after it was washed. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone looking for a good washer even if it is just to hold you over until you can get a better one.

Does what it needs to do and carries a large load. Good value for price.

We purchased a washer/dryer set. The washer works fine. The dryer would not get hot ( over 4-5 hours to do one load). We exchanged it for the same model. The results were the same.

The order was completely messed up even though ordered together my washer was split from the dryer for delivery so I got them a week apart..THEN when I attempted to use the washer after a few uses it started draining water out the bottom and when I called to have a replacement ordered b/c it was less than a week old I was told I would have to make "an appt" with geeksquad to have them look at it. The washer is still leaking and I haven't used it since....I am not happy at all and this is horrible customer service.

Have a set (for my home and my mothers) and they never breakdown.

The clothes are clean. There are balance problems if the load is too heavy.

Really light machine to move around and install. so far so good.
