My parents' washer went out after 20+ years. I needed to get a basic washer that was good value, good price and basic function that was easy to use. I also needed to have it delivered, installed and old one hauled away. Best Buy and Geek Squad did another great job!

great features for water conservation, but I really like the deep wash feature that lets me choose to soak my clothes- old fashion - it's cost efficient

works ok, but the spin dry cycle is to short, the rinse spin cycle doesn't work correctly

Product is great but the delivery was horrible. They wanted to leave in living room would not install. Refused to connect hoses. Said they did no need to move item to patio room set up for laundry.

I was looking for a washer/dryer set that I could afford to pay cash for since it was for a relative. I searched every online store and I double checked the reviews with a consumer rating service. So I settled on this one vs another pair I found at another store. This one was more than the other set, but so far, so good. The fellow that brought the set out was quick, knowledgeable and tested everything. So far there have been no complaints coming from our relative.

Scratch and dent item. Very affordable and works better than my prior machine which was 3 times as much. Colin the sales guy was a f**king rockstar. Zero pressure and full of good info

Very economical washer with the standard features that you need most.

It does the job. I don't like the settings for water level. You have to wash everything on the bulk cycle unless you have one pair of pants to wash.

Makes odd sounds on cycles. Great for large loads especially since I have been using a stackable washer/dryer for the last 9 years. Lots better!

I am happy with my washing machine and I will soon purchase a dryer. It's noisy but it gets the job done. Delivery and installation was awesome. The guys were very professional and nice.

I purchased this washer for my daughter. She has a very small area in her apartment for a washer and dryer. The washer looks small but the barrel is so deep that it holds an extra large load and has all of the controls anyone needs. She is completely satisfied with the washer.

Nothing fancy, just a regular washing machine working like is suppoussed to.

Seems to be running good for about a month that we have had it. It's not to loud and it's a little weird turning noise when it's in the wash cycle but no problems yet. Great for a basic washer. It does not have load size. Or atleast I have yet to find the option. Very basic
