i was a little hesitant about less water, i like my suds lol.. but clothes come out great, nice and clean. i wish it had the automatic softener dispenser, though

Purchased for our rental property, which is occupied by relatives. We've had this Amana washing machine there, for 5.5 years now. They have a family of 5, so it's running every day. It's located in a garage, so 100+ degrees 4 months of the year, and cold 2 months of the year, considering that there's been no maintenance, and no service calls, (knock on wood), there's negative to say. I'm thrilled it's not a GE machine, and I'd ve fonder of it, if it was a Kenmore, but vased on what was in stock the day we needed it, and the price advantage, I am pleased with how this investment has worked out.

Dislike putting clothes on top of detergent; just ok

Pick-up yesterday installed today with no hassle but when we tried running the washers the high efficiency become the lowest i ever experience very hard to understand how to make it the cycle works. Follow the instructions and sensing fill then drain then wash light up doing nothing at all (repeatedly doing it over and over again for an hour). called Amana Customer Service unfortunately their call center was closed not a 24/7 service. Called Best Buy 800# the lady who answer was very courteous and nice. I have my Frustration and she answer my claims right away with the recommendation to get a new one or a service with no cost. A great customer service then connected me to geek squad department right away i got an appointment for the service tech to come. I thought the price was great and the brand was very popular but nowhere to get help from the manufacturer at all and its only the first day....I was very frustrated customer. Thank you Best Buy but sorry Amana.

For the $ you can't go wrong with this washer. It does a very good job

The washer gets clothes cleaned and it's roomy. I like the automatic settings which makes laundry more easy and convenient. The locking lid is a little annoying but not a deal breaker. The spin cycle removes most of the water from the clothes which helps with drying times. The machine does make some weird noises as it progresses through the wash cycle but this is normal.

Amana needs to provide a way to bypass the door lock.

Got it on sale for $300. It's a washer, it washes clothes. The only thing I am worried about is I was warned about the lid locking feature going out.

If you read the instructions that comes with it. Then u learn how to operate it.

Modern machine but missing a few standard features

It is a basic no-frills washing machine that does get my clothes clean. No problem.

Had a small flaw other than that washes very well.

Price was great as it was on sale for i think 150 dollars brand new. It is simple to use. But It doesn't wash well enough. If something is more dirty than casual use I would not recommend it.

Washer is weird . Not a real agitation .initally thought there was a problem.. Cannot control water flow.

Great washer for a great price. It's a little smaller than I expected, but works no problem.

I expect and receive nothing less from Best Buy and their products.

A great dryer! Went perfectly with the washer I also bought. I have had no issues with it and recommend to anyone looking for a dryer.
