We needed a new washer and dryer after we moved from an all gas to an electric apartment. This washer works great! Perfect for the delicate cycles for lingerie or the heavy duty cycles for washing our great Dane and mastiff's bedding. For being such an inexpensive set, it is definitely well worth the money! I highly recommend it!

So far this machine meets my expectations. It is very quiet - much quitter than the fancy automatic washing machine that I had with all the bells and whistles.

The washer does the job however this version does not have a section for this softener. It's the most affordable and works but in my opinion it's cost affordable.

the lock on the top of the washer is sticking. My mom can not do laundry with out unplugging the washer every time.

Washer was easy to hook up and start using; it appears to be energy efficient as stated by determining the necessary amount of water per load. It looks nice, isn't very loud, and cleans the clothes efficiently. I would recommend this washer for anyone looking for a basic and affordable washing machine.

This washer gets the job done if you just need something to get your clothes clean. It took some time getting used to the water not filling until you put everything in there, but that's for the best because it doesn't use more water than you need. It would be nice if the agitator wasn't there. I really wish there was a cup to hold the fabric softener, but since there isn't I've stopped using liquid softener because I won't remember to go back and put it in later. The washer is a little loud. Although the name brand wasn't one I recognized it still gets the job done. So if you don't care what it looks like or have a laundry room store it in there and do what you need to do with it.

I have a GE that stopped spinning and was under warranty but could not wait for service. Went out and got this Amana and love it. I don't have any problems with it washing and now that my GE is fixed I leave it outside and use the Amana more. The GE is for rugs and junky towels.
