It is definitely not your mothers washing machine. This washing machine hardly makes any noise and if your used to an old time washing machine, you may think this one is broken. But it works great. Everything we put in comes out clean. It takes about 30 minutes to do one load. I think it's great.

Quiet and consistent

Washer and dryer cycles finish within minutes of each other, making multiple loads of laundry possible with minimal down time.

I'm weary of when the screen begins to give but so far so good. keep the screen clean! other than that, great & efficient product. VALUE!
