This washer is good for a small household. It runs a little noisey. It also could not discharge up 10-feet, so we were forced to install a laundry pump at an additional cost. Would recommend under the right conditions

When I first used it, it went crazy and acted up when I opened the lid to check to see if I had enough soap. It did the same when my brother used it too. Come to find out you have to push a button to stop so can open the lid then push it to proceed after closing the lid. Not used to using a machine with a brain in it! Used to older models. Another time I pushed the button thinking it would stop running and wait until I returned to restart, but a little later it had started up on its own and went crazy again and spun out all the water and soap. I had to wait and start all over and restart it and add soap!

Although I've only used the washing machine a couple of times, I find it satisfactory. The requirement for most new washing machines require detergent with HE. That is puzzling. Otherwise great results.

A entry level washer that I only plan to have for a year then sell once I move from my apt. I use pods and have no issues with the wash cycles.

Got this washing machine on sale. It works well just don't like that it takes an hour to wash clothes. Would be perfect if it worked in less time.

Washing quality is disappointing and I ran into a lot of problems because I use well water and the filter in the machine clogs up with particles 3 microns or less.

Good washer. Uses less detergent. Must use HE detergent. Makes different noise than the old washer but still good product. The noise difference was noted in the manual.

Great value washer for such a great price. I bought this washer and dryer with the intention to sell the set in two years when I relocate out of state, but I am going to keep them! Not fancy but definitely gets the job done in an energy efficient manner.
