It works now. But had whirlpool repair man out twice to fix it.(under man. Warranty). Bb wouldn't do nothing cuz it was past 15 days. Make sure u use it several times to make sure it works. Run it empty. Also uses very little h.e. Detergent.using too much causes Suds that mess with sensors. Very touchy machine.

Basic washing machine. Nothing revolutionary but era the job done. Good value

I HATE that the new washers no longer agitate like the old ones. I also HATE that you can no longer load your clothes while the basket is filling. You must pre-treat and pre-wash everything, this washer does not clean your clothes, if you use the correct products you can only expect it to rinse your clothes.

a great entry-level unit, only negative is its a little noisy when running but aside from that no complaints.

I bought this because our old washer died. It was on sale and I bought one that was open box so got a great deal. The washer works very well and was a tremendous bargain to boot.

Purchased this to match with the electric and it works as intended. Not much to say other than it works.

Works fine gets clorhes pretty clean only it makes a little noise but for the money I lile it just fine.

This is a great washer for my family. Small loads work the best. It can also handle bulky loads also.

I find that this washer does not spin clothes particularly well.

bought this to be shared in a house I rent (3 family). Lots of use, has not broken down yet... strong machine, less is more (no fancy buttons or screens).

It's a great product, however the hoses and such should be standard with the washer not separate, that just drives the cost up more for people on an already tight budget

I like all the cycles the washer gives you. My king comforter will fit in it most washers it wont.

This washing machine may not have all of the whistles and bells of any high end machine but it functions as it should very well. We are most pleased with the product.

Also purchase the hose assembly. Best Buy delivery people were on time and a pleasure to have.

Get what you pay for! It does the job, but loud. I am satisfied as its for a part time home.

The washer does great. It has all the the cycles anyone could need. It is a great unit for our rent house and was the lowest price washer we could find
