    I ordered the product online after reading reviews and consumer reports. I should have bought the part for my 30 year old washer. Or, waited and saved longer. The water level sensor does not seem to read properly. Half of the load seems to never get wet so I end up using the High Level setting even on a small load. This does not save water or energy. And it doesn't get the clothes as clean as I am used to. It is pretty loud when changing from wash to rinse etc. I would tell my son to look into it as a first timer.. But I would not recommend it to a "seasoned" washing machine user.

    Great for the price! The water sensor has been a blessing. No more extended dryer time. It's efficient and not super loud. We are happy with it.

    I love this washer. Never had an HE washer. Cleans very well. All clothes comes out clean and smelling great! Nice upgrade from my old washer.

    The washer is working well for us, but did take some getting used to as an "HE" washer. I always use the bulky & heavy settings so that it uses more water, when I didn't I found the clothes were not clean. I'm also using more prewash stain remover and soaking the clothes with oxyclean more often.
