It was a good item but just for light use. Do not really to wash a lot.

this washing machine is terrible doesn't clean clothes can only use the Bulk site or the clothes do not get wet. called Amana they were not concerned. yes it was an inexpensive machine but i proberly could have bought a used one and it would have worked better.

Just been using for about 3 weeks and the control board seems to have crashed and is stuck in wash cycle and has locked a load of clothes inside.

The washer was very noisy. It did not use the correct water level for the loads. It took a very long time to complete the short cycle. I did not like this washer.

I purchased this set while they were on sale for 299.00 each. After reading some of the negative reviews, I am not really sure what is so bad about this product. I did study up on HE before I purchased and feel that I have a decent understanding of how they would work. They do make some different noises than I am used to but they are a lot quieter than my old Maytag set. As far as some people saying they don't get your clothes as clean and they don't fill up enough, I am not seeing that as a problem. I know there are better and more expensive washers and dryers out there that may do a better job, but this is the nicest set I have ever owned and I am so happy with this purchase. My clothes are softer and they smell better than they did in my old Maytag. Before you buy, make sure you understand HE. The install guys were also very professional and respectful of my home. The clothes are soaked are washer cycle has been completed. There is a problem with the drainage system.

The washer washer ok but if you use the washing pods he prepared to wash that load again cause the pod will still be on the clothes

I have trouble with this washer from the first day. I have had a new board put in, still same problem. I want to exchange it.

Just purchased this washer dryer combo from the springfield location for a house. I did my first load in it this evening and was impressed. Since it was so cheap, I really wasn't expecting much, but it really did a good job. I had a GE pair in my last apartment and like these much better. The laundry smelt fresher and i had no trouble operating them at all. I am very impressed with this product and hope that they last a long time! Thank you Best Buy!!!!

Terrible washer and very noisy and did not clean white clothes

Don't ever consider buying this washer! In a week it began showing malfunctions.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE AFTER THE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED.

Agitation is so slow that it won't clean anything.

not sure why anyone would give this washer a bad review easy to use sounds like my bread maker very quiet and I have an open laundry with no closed door. you have to use liquid high efficiency detergent for it to work properly. used the bulky and cold wash so far. like the locking lid and the red light when its done cuz you can hardly hear it spin. we picked it up yesterday and hooked it up ourselves no problem it matched my old dryer but when I pay this off I will be buying the matching dryer

The washer is fine..description online is not accurate. This unit ONLY has a bleach dispenser, no detergent & softner as described. Had it delivered and didn't think it would be an issue...only used it a few times over the course of two months & realized it wasn't desirable. Contacted BB to find out I was stuck with it. Be careful when buying online

My husband and I were first time washer and dryer buyers and decided to go with this washer and the matching gas dryer and we LOVE IT. We have a 5yo, 3yo and 7 month old. Lugging them all to the laundromat was a burden. But this washer is the perfect size for our family! Works very well.

This washer is great! It cleans the clothes well and it is very quiet. Be sure to put all your clothes and laundry detergent in the machine prior to starting the wash cycle. The washer machine has to auto detect the amount of clothes you put in to put the correct amount of water in the machine to wash your clothes.

Our $1,200 'Fancy' washer by Whirlpool (Cabrio Platinum) stopped working after only 5 years. I'm sick of paying high price for features I don't need and subpar quality. I decided to just go back to basics and picked up this washer on sale at BB. Very light, so it was super easy to install myself. Has all the settings my wife and I need. In fact, my previous expensive washer didn't any have a "Spin Only" cycle (it had RINSE and spin) and no useful deep water cycle - yet, this basic model does both! Also, my previous model was very load when it would spin. This Amana is pretty quiet. Also, my wife is shorter (5'1") and this unit is lower profile, so easier for her to reach into. Haven't had it long, but really like it for the price so far. Will update if things change.

It does not have all the fancy features of a high end washer. But it does work and cloths get cleaned well. Only thing missing is wash load size. Instead of it, it has soil size. It has sensors and will fill the tub based on the number of cloths we put in. I am not sure if it senses correctly. But it work. Its a basic HE washer.
