I received this washer yesterday. The delivery guys were great. They took away my old whirlpool, set up this new one and out the door in 10 mins. I have washed a few loads now and so far so good. It takes some getting used to with just pushing a start button, but the clothes are clean. I plan on getting the matching dryer soon.

For an inexpensive washer it does a decent job. A bit noisier than I'm used to also.

Absolutely the pickiest appliance I've ever seen. Roughly 35% of the time I have to run a load 2-3 times because for whatever miniscule 1/8oz the load is unbalanced causes it to shut down and dump out the water (great water waster for drought stricken California). Even if it's a 2nd rinse AFTER it's already been balanced enough to go through the cycle and spin. As a result I have to wash smaller loads in the large cycle and cross my fingers that it will settle itself balanced enough to finish the cycle. I waited too long to do anything about it, thinking it would get better as it broke in, but now I'm stuck with it and it's about half a star better than going to a laundromat. If I paid for my water, I definitely would've dumped it months ago. DO NOT BUY.

Nonworking piece of CR*P... The first Amana - ACRAPA did not rotate. Had it replaced the next day. When the second washer was delivered and I started my first load, I could not believe it!. I have "Never", "Ever" seen a washer like that, and heard such a weak washer. It sounded and worked like it was not going to live long, raggedy piece of... Washer did not rotate fast at all, slow, raggedy ... I can do the twist quicker than it rotated! Waste a lot of water, effort and time, doesn't wash well, at all, did not work 2 months, it was new! I don't want to see a used one, if that was a new one!!!! DO NOT BUY.! Better off washing clothes on a stone! Expensive piece of metal ... 1 star is too high of a rating, it gets ---- ,000 stars! CR*PPPPPP!

Have bought two of these. They work great and are affordable. Last one arrived dented but the store is sending a replacement.

I have own this since May/2015 and it has done a great job. Good Water saver! No Regrets on buying this at a great Price.

The washer is large, quiet and works great! It seems small on the outside but it is deep and washes GREAT

I purchased one of these 3 years ago today and now its leaking already..these washers for this price is on set for a temporary fix until we can afford a much higher priced washer..cause the manufacturer no that washer of this price is only gonna last us consumers onlt about to 3 years tops...

Our washer went out at a bad time. I've purchased a cheap washer in the past and had a good experience. However, times have changed! This is a "high efficiency" washing machine. It may save you money on water, but your clothes will not be clean unless you only wash no more than 4 garments at a time. My old washer, I could wash 5 large towels and wash rags in one load. With this washer, washing 3 large towels is pushing it! There is a "bulky" setting that uses more water but the agitation sucks on that setting and nothing... I MEAN NOTHING! gets clean on the "bulky" setting. Spend a few extra dollars and get yourself something you'll be happy with!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guy did not properly install my washer. Tub sitting on the bottom and never spinned. Water would not come out until I called several times for him to come back at check it out. Guy told me it wasn't his problem and it was nothing he could do and gave me customer service number.

Single person who didn't need high end appliance; works great with lots of options for a reasonably priced applicance.

Okay for a basic washing machine. I guess we should be happy it lasted two years past the five-year warranty we had sprung for. Now it seems the sensors or logic board are not working properly - it starts a cycle and then just stops - no indicator lights, no error codes. It would be nice if Amana/Whirlpool would provide instruction manuals that were specific to the machine. Instead, they have a generic manual that shows many things that this model doesn't actually have, or incorrectly describes things that are not included.

Washer does NOT fill with enough water with its "auto sensor", clothes have powdered soap all stuck in them, have to wash does NOT agitate enough to wash even delicares, clothes were dirty, NOISEY, takes forever to wash 1 load, and had it less than 2 weeks...it FILLED WITH WATER AND JUST SAT THERE....Broke. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Would of rated NO stars, but had to enter something.

Very good machine. I use with family of 5. Does the job!

This washer is terrible. It works half of the time. It may have a 12 month warranty but that won't help you when the service man acts like he can't find anything wrong with it. I had bought 2 sets of these and both are not functioning properly. The tub fills then drains right out.

One of the best purchases I've made in awhile. I was looking for a machine that wasn't too expensive, could handle my family's loads, and was dependable. I got it all in this washer.

We recently purchased this for my mother who lives by herself in a small apartment. It is not too noisy, but can handle a decent size load of clothes. Good buy on a budget.

I have had this machine for about six months. After noticing that clothing was still soiled after wash I checked water levels. Water levels are so low that all of the clothing does not get wet/washed unless using the high water setting. Unfortunately I feel it necessary to use the high-water setting most always now.
