When I received my washer, the men was very professional and quick installing making sure my washer worked before they left.. I would differently buy from Best Buy again on any major appliances...

great machine that I purchased for a rental property. The tenants say it is an awsome washing machine.

Pleased with the way this washer washes clothes, but gets off balance easily. After 9 months of ownership, the controller had to be replaced. I would recommend buying the extended warranty if you purchase this washer.

Being a single man this washer is perfect, since I don't need a larg capacity washer. Haven't had any issues.

JUNK- The water level only went up half way on heavy setting. It moves the water at a snail pace.

I did some research in trying to pick a quality product at a good price. I should have went with my gut as this product is not for a family who boys each play multiple sports. There have been numerous times already that laundry has had to be washed twice to remove stain removers. If you are a family who just needs a basic washing machine and not all the bells and whistles, it would do the job. For us, we are looking to upgrade already to another machine to save our mental health from having to laundry more than one time.

I have owned this for a year. We have had undergarments come out from a wash still NOT clean (visibly soiled)....many times. I chalked it up to "high efficiency" and maybe low water levels. TODAY I removed the lock from the lid and rigged it so I could watch the cycle. The agitator does not draw the clothes down and the top clothes never fully get submerged or agitated. The operation of the machine is basically the same as submerging the clothes in a bucket and swishing them around. You get what you pay for with this washer.

I just bought washer and dryer from Chesapeake sq location. I have always been very pleased with my purchases. this time no one explained the warrenty to me or ask if I wanted extended warrenty. I called when I got home and after being on hold for 19 minutes I hung up... went on line to see I have a 1 year warrenty.. nothing in my paperwork or receipt about it... Not pleased .. I will check recommend to a friend only because the product is good.

I wish I would have been better informed before buying this washer. I bought it on 02/13/16 and it does not get clothes clean at all. It was a total waste. Take my advice and pay maybe $100 or $200 more and get a washer that actually does the job. I am so sad and angry I bought this.

I've had this washer for more than a year. It's so horrible. I don't know how on earth it gets 4+ stars. The worst thing about it is that it doesn't clean. If I peek in there at the end of the washing cycle there are clothes on top that aren't even wet. It's REALLY loud. It's very small. I don't dare add more than a half of a load of laundry. I very often run the loads twice to try to get them clean (hows that for efficiency). Check out the reviews on Amazon. It gets 1.5 stars on there which is a lot more accurate in my opinion.

Very bad design. Bad Amana customer service. Got clothing stuck in agitator while doing a wash. They tell me it is customer's fault. The clothing should not be able to get under the agitator in the first place. It is a design flaw. I would NOT buy this again.
