Warranty only 1 year so not covered. Price to repair is the same as a new washer. This thing is junk.

It is a nice upgrade from my previous model overall.

I wish I would have listened to my gut instinct and returned this washer ASAP. The auto - sensing is terrible and this washer doesn't clean your clothes. Just spend the extra money and get a quality washer.

Took two months to get so haven't gor to hook it up.

This washer so far works great.. It has so much more tub room for extra laundry to be washed for fewer loads, than my last Amana did that I purchased 3 years ago. But be sure to purchase a 5 year warranty, because my last Amana didnt even last the 3 year warranty that I had purchased at which time one problem after another started with it.

I really hate this washer model. It's too "smart" and self drains while I load clothes, too much auto sensing that doesn't do a good job of sensing, etc. I also like to let my bleach loads soak, but, it drains itself after a few minutes. The cycle gets terminated even though it is paused. This causes you to have to start over. You can't start the cycle and fill the water with the door open, really annoying. The drum and agitator have too much play and seemingly move around freely (but it's quiet). It also locks the door once the cycle starts and takes about 30sec to unlock itself which is annoying. I guess I'm just old school, but I really like a washer that has a sturdy agitator and fills up water when I tell it to without it telling me it's enough. It fills water in increments, which is annoying for adding detergent, and tries to calculate when enough water has been added, and it's never enough. Just give me on/off and the normal cycles. It does work, just a lousy design. If you turn off sensing it is still auto-sensing water levels, etc. Not much I can do now but warn others. I still like Amana, just not this washer. Make me an old one please:)

No stars. Absolutely terrible washer. I don’t normally leave reviews on anything but this is such a bad product that hopefully consumers will read this before buying. There are way better washers for same price point or a few bucks more ie: GE! This washer broke with first load. I didn’t realize just a quarter of the tub fills with water even on “deep fill, bulky, heavy” setting. Same water level on all settings. Only about 15 articles of clothing at a time and I’m not even kidding. Towels or sheets forget it it will spin for 2 hours or break. Bangs so hard that the washer itself moved out of its space!! I called to get it replaced thinking it was defective but the replacement did exactly the same. Upon reading other reviews on amanas website many more people had the same experience. Too much of a hassle with Best Buy to go through exchange process so save yourself headache and go with something reliable GE makes amazing washers and actually fill tub of water not just 1 gallon.

Absolutely excellent washer. This is my second Amana washer. First one lasted seven years. I swear by this product and will only buy Amana. Cleans so much better than other models.

It doesn't wash the bathroom mats properly. I have to put in small loads of laundry for it to clean them a little better, or wash them twice.

Works perfectly. Very quiet. Holds very large loads and I like the water-saving feature.
