I suppose it gets them efficiently cleaned, I’m just used to my last amana washing machine using more water.

I have made multiple calls to try and get someone out to correct it so the machine will stop going off balance. This machine is new and will be worthless if it continues to go off balance.

HATE IT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Issue after issue only used it for 5 small loads before it broke down. Banging like it’s off balance, shaking, and walking forward!!! It also gets stuck in wash mode!!!!! Then my cold water stopped working checked the pressure and lines to make sure it was clean and it was clean and amazing pressure!!!! But the cold water would only drip in meaning that it was the valve in the washer. But the hot water works just fine…. Then because of the cold water cable not always opening it goes into this drain mode that can’t be stopped unlesss machine is unplugged but when you plug it back in goes right back to that drain mode. When put on drain and spin cycle the washer does nothing but make metal popping noises….. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!! HATE IT ONLY HAD IT ABOUT A WEEK . Only ran 5 small loads and bam time for another new washer

In less than a year, the computer board had to be replaced because the machine kept trying to drain even after attempting numerous resets. I'm now having the same issue again. The machine is now out of warranty, and it'll cost more to fix it than purchasing a new machine. I would NEVER buy another Amana product.

Waste of money

Unfortunately, I purchased an Amada dryer at the time as well. Already putting money aside to to buy replacement when it breaks down.
