When we bought this we were desperate. Our fridge went out and we tried buying a used one which also went out! This fridge was our third or fourth choice. Our first choices were on back order, so here we are. First of all this fridges design is just off. It's way too small for our family. And what does fit just fits odd. The temperature seems to be off as well. Our milk was freezing when put in the back or on the top shelf towards the back. Then when we tried to adjust the temp controls it ended up making the fridge too warm. So now the milk just goes toward the front. the freezer is also a bit odd. Like one shelf is so small that I don't even know what it was made for. We just put tin ice packs there. If you stack items on the freezer shelf they just end up sliding out when you open the door. We actually considered just getting rid of this piece of garbage and get another one. Please don't waste your time or money on this horrible appliance!
