Great unit.

We have emptied 720 pints of excess water. The levels are not running 40% - 45% now. On the review below I’m giving it a 4 star because it’s a little hard getting the water tray out.

The bucket Full indicator came on. It was fairly difficult to remove the bucket. The unit ran for a couple more days but then started acting flakey. The humidity was set at 50. The humidity display would flash back and forth between a number in the 60s, which I think was the actual room humidity, and a number in the 40s. Then the unit would stop running for 20 seconds or so and then start up. It would start and stop like this until I shut the power off and unplugged it. After plugging it back in and holding the power button to reset it, the unit would run for a while and then start doing the same thing all over again. The assistance people had no idea what was going wrong. Returned unit to Best Buy for a refund within the 2 week return period.
