We bought this unit because the humidity level inside our house was about 65%. We have emptied 720 pints of excess water. The levels are not running 40% - 45% now. On the review below I’m giving it a 4 star because it’s a little hard getting the water tray out.

The dehumidifier ran fine for several days. The bucket Full indicator came on. It was fairly difficult to remove the bucket. The unit ran for a couple more days but then started acting flakey. The humidity was set at 50. The humidity display would flash back and forth between a number in the 60s, which I think was the actual room humidity, and a number in the 40s. Then the unit would stop running for 20 seconds or so and then start up. It would start and stop like this until I shut the power off and unplugged it. After plugging it back in and holding the power button to reset it, the unit would run for a while and then start doing the same thing all over again. The assistance people had no idea what was going wrong. Returned unit to Best Buy for a refund within the 2 week return period.
