    It works really well like a normal gas dryer, nothing spectacular but it does the job well and matches our washer. I knocked off a star because the lint trap is on top and facing down, so whenever I pull it out all of the stray dog hairs etc fall out on top of the dryer. Poor design choice, but really nothing that hurts it actually working. All in all a great buy for the price.

    My Amana gas dryer is fine, plenty of settings, except there no "End of Cycle" buzzer on this model- who knew that the buzzer was an Optional item on a dryer??? I have never heard of such a thing! I have to use the kitchen timer/phone timer for the Perma-Press setting. I used it one day and am not happy about no buzzer. . . Be Aware of this when you are shopping. Otherwise, it is Great! psolar1
