My only complaint about this dryer is, the location of the lint catcher. Makes a mess on top every time you clean it.

Received product unable to use due to failed installation.

Leaves clothes a little damp if too big (comforter) or too many clothes.. Best to dry light-medium loads.

The product is fine but the service is terribl. When ordering I specifically asked what do I need to prepare and the salesman said nothing. I also read the instructions. When the day came the delivery guy brought in the new dryer, left it in the middle of the room and instead of taking away the old machine, saying it was still attached. I asked him to wait a few seconds until I get it ready and he said I'll have to ask his boss. I said that's fine. Instead of connecting me to his boss he got into his van and drove away. I called immediately and they said he can't come back, it was too late. So now I'm left with a new dryer in the middle of my bedroom and the old one in my possession. Very unprofessional. Don't pay purchase anything from best buy, they don't care about the delivery process (all they tell you is that it's a separate company that does their deliveries but I didn't sign an agreement with that company, I signed an agreement with best buy).
