    I had to return this. Within 6 days of purchase it began making noise and I contacted the service # and even though I explained it was brand new could not service it until 3 weeks out. Within 10 days it began making even more noise including what sounded like belts rubbing badly so I canceled service and returned it to Best Buy who are wonderful and replaced it with a better dryer. I have read other reviews that have no issues with this dryer so maybe it was just ours
