Bought for a rental property

I have not yet installed it. It is to be used in a rental home. I find it best to install the least expensive white goods because they serve the purpose and people who rent are not good at taking care of products--sad, but true. This way, if I have to replace it, it is not too expensive. Of course, replacing it is always costly.

Awesome Simple Effective

Didn't want all the extra bells and whistles just something with an agitator and a little bit of control over how much water is used. Can also pause to add more stuff/soap in the beginning of cycle. Wifey and everyone is happy and got the extended warranty on the washer since they just don't build stuff to last these days. BestBuy guys came out early in the morning and installed everything perfectly! So far so good!
