The dryer is much better than it's partner the washer. I will most likely not buy Amana products again. I feel the quality should be improved.

Was really nervous about having to replace my electric dryer because I moved to where there is only gas hook up. The best buy workers came installed it was super professional and tested and ensure it was level and safely installed.

I installed it in 11 minutes as I already had collected threading paste wrenches etc. So I just put he fitting & gas pipe on the dryer while keeping in an angle. Then connected with valve near wall. Good product so far has been 3 weeks.

A good dryer, but the closing mechanism/catch is some what bothersome. It feels like it will break at any moment and is often tedious to get it to catch. Otherwise it's fine, but they could've spent a bit more time to design a better closing mechanism.

Perfect dryer for a young family w lots of laundry. Huge dryer!! Just wish it would stay hot longer. I often have to add time to the cycle.

required 2 separate deliveries and both deliveries had dented machines - rejected first machine but accepted second even though significant dents in rear; seems to be working OK in spite of dents

I've bought several of these dryers over the years for my rental properties. They are not the best washers and dryers but they are the cheapest and provide good value.

This was an emergency purchase after our dryer "died". I did not want anything fancy...just dry clothes! We do all of our appliance shopping at Best Buy because we can always find a fair price and excellent extended warranty,

This is a brand from back in the day which is a good working brand, when I was a home delivery driver for Montgomery ward and Best Buy in the early 90’s this was a brand that had the least returns.

The dryer is great but our delivery/service man was awesome! He arrived exactly on time and installed the dryer and made sure it ran well and was very professional.

The dryer has many great options including wrinkle resist. This is a nice option for busy people. This is not a large dryer. Best Buy offered this dryer for at least $ 50.00 less than the lowest competition.

Have you heard the expression “If it is cheap it won’t last”? Then don’t buy this model. These new appliances says Energy Saver but they take longer to dry and it uses more gas to complete its job. At the end you spend more energy and time drying your clothes. Don’t Buy it. Now having a nightmare with Best Buy for an exchange or return on something they sold to me that doesn’t fit my needs.

Purchased the same dryer that I previously had. Delivery was as stated to me. It was fast and extremely efficient. Great job.

It’s easy to operate and all my familie can used. The personal who come to my home to install my dryer was kind and predice with the appointment. I recomended to my friend.

This dryer is the pits. It does not want me to put a whole load of clothes to dry in it. I have to constantly rearrange the clothes and take some out to hang dry for it to start. Then sometimes I get it to start and it stops. A dryer should be able to dry a load of clothes by just throwing them in there. It also doesn’t have a light on the inside which is just weird. Would never buy this dryer again. Wish I could return it.
