I have to constantly rearrange the clothes and take some out to hang dry for it to start. Then sometimes I get it to start and it stops. A dryer should be able to dry a load of clothes by just throwing them in there. It also doesn’t have a light on the inside which is just weird. Would never buy this dryer again. Wish I could return it.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Trying to figure out why 150 installation charge came up and delivery but was never mentioned during the buying process the true gentleman brought the wrong size cord and told me we had to call in geek squad to do the installation then they miraculously found the correct size part on the truck and charged my 94-year-old mother 150 bucks to install the dryer

This has been such a horrible experience for me. I ordered a gas dryer. And after the installers came (and told me best buy required me to "update" not only my connections to the gas dryer (fair ) but also the washer hoses before the installed the dryer -I agreed because I wanted the dryer installed and be done with it) So guy charges me $435 extra for this work that "best buy" requires and then turns on the "new" dryer which has a god awful noise. So guy calls best buy says we are leaving the dryer here you have to bring another one. Next week two guys show up with a different dryer but when they unbox it it has a huge dent on it so they aren't going to install it. Ok. NOW i can't get anyone to respond to me because they are waiting for the system to update- they say the delivery people haven't updated the system and to wait 24 hours. They have said this every single day for more than one week. I have been lied to multiple times about this - oh its been escalated - oh my manger will call you within an hour - oh I have the supervisors and delivery team working on this and will send you a transcript of the call- nothing - not one of the promises made was fulfilled. I am currently without a resolution and am at my wits end.
