Excellent choiceto replace our old, worn-out dryer

Ridiculous Customer Service

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a credit card from Best Buy to purchase a gas dryer June 3rd, but it was defective. I had to be on hold with Geek Squad for literally almost 8 hours since every time I went to Best Buy, all they told me was that I had to take care of the problem through Geek Squad. I was finally able to get another dryer through them All the geek squad team did was leave the new dryer in my bathroom without installing it when I was told it would be installed as well since I paid for installation. I had to get ahold of Geek Squad once again and they informed me that the dryer was missing a part which is why the dude just left it in my bathroom without saying anything to me( I thought it was installed.) This other problem was taken care of days later, but it turns out this dryer sucks as well. I had to changed my brand to Samsung and there was another problem with the delivery. I can write a whole essay with all the problems I’ve had with Best Buy and their poor Geek Squad team but that’s not worth it. Just know that Best Buy’s customer service sucks. It’s June 26th now and I still don’t have a working dryer. Thanks for stressing me out.
