Machine continued to be noisy called the Amana # for service went through trouble shooting with them, scheduled service 3 weeks out on a brand new machine. Machine sounded like a bad belt or something as we were still in return time we returned the machine

We paid for installation and had to install ourselves. Cannot get anyone out to look at the dryer to fix the problem and store says because it is over the 15 days they are not responsible even though right now it is extenuating circumstances because of covid-19.

It doesn’t really have any special features. I wanted to try tip loader but when I tried to wash my baby’s cloth diapers, the left over pooped just stayed in the washer. I had to stop using cloth diapers because of this washer. I now wish I bought the front loader washer. I guess you get what you pay for.
