They’re not “Allowed to” but that’s literally what you came to my home to do. Smh. Then the second set of people could do it cause it was out of their job descriptions. Y’all are some lazy sorry people and I would NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE. Just pathetic.

When I check if my clothes was drying it took more than eight hours for my clothes to dry I have to replace this dryer the late message did not Capture all the lint from the clothing. Water was also trapped in the holes. I was removing the hose from this dryer in the silver holes there was Accumulation off in length in the holes which could cause a fire. I do not recommend this dryer to anyone

Nothing. will not start. Verfified power outlet was working.. Called Geek squad phone #. Unable to get anyone out to look at dryer for 6 days. Poor service......

Doesn't Dry well

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn't dry well, i have to put it to dry 2 times in order to have the cloth dried, and even that some of then still wet, i clean the filter every time before using it and there is no gas leak and the heat exit line is OK, so in my opinion this dryer is not good enough. So im planning to go to 220V electric dryer and sell this one.

Opps, no one did their due diligence

The dryer gets no gas/heat which means when it was returned (as an excellent open box) the "geeks" didn't have a gas connection to know the filipin thing had a broken gas solenoid. If you're going to mark it certified, Then go 100%.

Dryer gas leak

Installers did not apply sealant to gas connection, resulting in a serious gas leak. I had to call the gas company to shut off the gas and reinstall the connection properly. Obviously, their technicians and schedulers need proper training. Do not recommend.

Terrible product

Ended up purchasing another dryer elsewhere. The whole process took 2.5 months, without having a functioning dryer. Terrible experience!!

It was horrible all the way around. We returned it, but they made us keep it here for a week. When they picked it up, they didn't take the pipe and gas line. We expect a full refund and went elsewhere to get the product.

Takes forever to dry
