The only thing she says it says to her at times that she needs to get up and move, when she is already up and moving, so I remind her not to lock her arms when she walks, and let her arms move freely.

I checked it's o2 reading against a stand alone hospital grade finger reader and it was accurate. Battery last for days, I charge it Sunday night and I'm good for the week.

She enjoyed it until mid-July. Then the touch screen went unresponsive. With no reset button or documented reset procedure, the watch is now basically useless. :-( (If not a verified purchase, it's because I checked out as guest.)

A great value with the necessary features

This watch is a great in-between size and has all the features needed for exercise and health tracking

We haven't really used it for much outside of exercise tracking but it seems to do a good job of tracking heart rate. It would have been nice to have an option for a smaller band as this one is near the limit on my teenagers.
