Please swipe down from the main watch dial to bring up the control center. Please look for the crescent moon icon and if it is highlighted in then the setting is on. Please tap on it to disable it to resolve the issue. If the issue persists then please email us at support@amazfit.com so we can further troubleshoot it.

Don't waste your time or money

Very hard to work andTech Support is in China only accessible thru email. Replies to questions take 48hrs. I returned it. Got a Fitbit Charge5 instead and it's fabulous.
