Posted .Our products gather your step/calorie data via an algorithm that determines how far one's arm would swing while walking at a normal pace. This algorithm is based on the height, weight, and gender of the user. This means that if your arms are stationary while you are walking (i.e. your hands are on your bags or in your pocket while walking) it will not register your steps taken.

Posted .If you stopped receiving notifications all together then it might be the DND setting is on that is causing the issue. Please swipe down from the main watch dial to bring up the control center. Please look for the crescent moon icon and if it is highlighted in then the setting is on. Please tap on it to disable it to resolve the issue. If the issue persists then please email us at support@amazfit.com so we can further troubleshoot it.
