    Bought it yesterday, and will be returning it today. Long "CUMBERSOME" process of downloading an app, and enter all the information. I just want to know my STEPS and Heart Rate. Why am I forced to download an App. Finally I got to a point where I can measure my heart rate. Found it very slow to refresh the screen. Had to click "Measure" button which took forever to refresh, and when it did refresh, it was an "INACCURATE" reading. How did I know? I had a finger monitor (Like the ones Doctors use) whci showed my correct heart rate. Secondly, if you are in Heart rate menu, it is a struggle to go back to the main menu doesn't matter how many times I swipe up/down or sideways. And Yes, when it finally started, it shows my Steps as 3338. Really? I have not moved yet.

    The features on the watch are good. The watch band is terrible. It keeps opening up. It finally did that today and fell off somewhere. It is now gone after only three weeks.

    Terrible. This was a bear to set up. I still do not have it set up yet. I want to return the watch. What a lemon!!!!!
