It gives a good review of my sleep patterns particularly irregular sleep times. The workout functions are easy to use and keep good records for me. The notifications function for email and messages is limited. GPS which is tied to my phone seems to work with Google maps but not Apple Maps. Still trying to determine if this is doing enough or if I need a smart watch.

I would like for it to have more screen savers that are free.

The tracker is a little larger and easier to read for her. Aside being very affordable the tracker battery life is unbelievable.

Perfect for that. The only thing she says it says to her at times that she needs to get up and move, when she is already up and moving, so I remind her not to lock her arms when she walks, and let her arms move freely.

This watch is a great in-between size and has all the features needed for exercise and health tracking

I checked it's o2 reading against a stand alone hospital grade finger reader and it was accurate. Battery last for days, I charge it Sunday night and I'm good for the week.
