    This thing looks fine enough, but it was incredibly unreliable. It would often just stop reading my heartbeat for hours in the middle of the day, which is the primary reason I bought it. I tried using it to track a 15-mile bike ride, and it said that I rode 1 mile in 3 hours. I took it off for a night to see what would happen, and it gave data as if it had been on my wrist all night. It also can only do one thing at a time. For example, if you run the stopwatch, you can't toggle back to see the time, control your music, check on heartbeat, etc. Also, battery life is nowhere near what's advertised. Mine would die after 4 days of moderate use. I returned it after 2 weeks. Probably better to stick with the higher end smart watches and fitness trackers.

    You can't get phone calls or messages on this one. Just works as a fitness tracker. Good, if you just like that feature.

      You can receive text messages by turning them on in the Zepp App --> Profile --> Bip 3 Pro--> Notifications and Reminders --> Incoming SMS --> Turn on ; For calls you can only receive call notifications which you can mute or ignore from the watch.

    works good, but the sleep score is way off. If you lay in bed for hours trying to get back to sleep, it will record you sleeping. Otherwise good
