    Several features do not work properly. Pulse rate detection is erratic. Blood oxygen measurement never seems to complete despite. Also, it's not clear from the description that this watch doesn't support basic features such as blood pressure measurement. Overall, I am very disappointed with this product.

    This is the first wearable fitness tracker I have ever bought. It had some great features, but after taking it for a 30 minute jog, it broke. Just powered off and wouldn’t turn on again, or accept a charge. Returned it the next day.

    Stopped charging after 1 month of use. Best Buy is useless too. After contacting the manufacturer they said to contact the retailer that sold it to me as they would be responsible for handling the return. Waste of money and time going to the store. Avoid the watch and will be purchasing via Amazon. At least their customer service will work with you without being so dismissive. Also original packaging did NOT include charger.
