    Does not have what I expected on it and is not counting what I wanted tracked. It comes on in the middle of the night and wakes me up with its brightness. Therefore, I take it off, so no sleep record. There were NO directions with it, so I've tried to do it on my own and nothing works.

    What makes this watch so amazing is all of the the data this device is able to monitor and record. It is very comfortable to wear, in fact I don't even know it on my wrist all day. I use it mostly as a watch and counting my daily steps. It's amazing how it monitors my sleep. I am looking forward to using it to record my outdoor bicycling when the weather warms up.
