    Bought this at the recommendation of a woman who was supposedly the manager on duty when I went to pick up a Samsung Galaxy watch that was supposedly ordered for me, but the sales clerk never ordered and it was discontinued now. Went with this watch as a suitable replacement for what I wanted the watch to track. Charged it overnight, then tried to set it up using the very limited instructions provided. I could never get the watch to move off the home screen. It did not respond to any of the commands listed in the instructions. RETURNED IT!!

    its a cool gadget was not as nice as i expected it to be but does what is needed for my teen

    Stopped receiving notifications after about 2 weeks. Troubleshooting, resetting and unpairing didn’t fix the problem. Up until then I liked it.

    The fit watch does not track blood pressure or body temperature. The band must be tucked under and in.

    Was kind of a pain to set up. Didn't sync with any of my fitness apps, and don't bother trying to attach Alexa. I had to download so many apps just to make this work. I'd rather just get a Galaxy Smartwatch at this point. I had to interact MORE with my phone to do stuff on the smartwatch at all times.

    I didnt received this prpduct. Whatever communicated over my app or email is completly bluff. When i called best buy around may 10 , then got to know it got cancelled by april27 itself. Best buy need to come up with more current information to customer. Whatever after after support good from bestbuy, but lot of toll and emotions going behind that product not reaching out.

    Seems ok so far needs more clock faces and longer life dies too soon but if it had more life it would be nice if it came with extra color band or bands it would really help too

      Hi iPad, thank you for reviewing the Bip 5. All the available watch faces are found on the Zepp app. The Bip 5 should last around 10 days depending on use. If it is not then you can factory reset the watch and it should help remedy this.

      The Bip 5 uses a standard quick release watch band. You can change it out with any third party watch band that uses this style. You would just need to match the band width size of 22mm for it to fit the watch.     It made it six months before the plastic body of the watch broke apart where the bands clip to it. The watch was never that great to begin with as the sleep tracker thought i was awake when i was asleep and asleep when i was awake and you have to pay a monthly fee for any advanced features. This seems like a quick cash grab for a terribly made product

    Marketed as water resistant up to 1.5 meters. So swimming in a shallow pool shouldn't be a problem. Mine has now stopped working and non returnable. For the price, Do mot recommend.

      Hi GabrielE, please note the Bip 5 is only water resistant with a rating of IP68. The IP68 standard signifies protection against dust and submersion in water, but the exact conditions (like depth and time) can vary between devices and aren't always sufficient for all water sports. We do not recommend to swim with this watch and we do not advertise it either since it does not have any swimming workout modes on the watch.     Returned this item day after I bought it...I can't stand that u have to pair it with your phone to talk....I'll b glad when an independent version comes out....I don't get y folks buy these items.....
