Seems kind of glitchy. But its a budget smart watch.

I bought this watch to help check the time and other things at work without needing my phone. Needless to say it can’t even go far without your phone. The battery also died quite fast.

I was really enjoying this watch! Only had it a couple of months and the screen had gone out! Piece of crap! Past the point of being able to return it. Would give zero stars if I could.

I got this one instead of a Fitbit because I read an article saying it was better. It didn't even last a week before I was having so many issues. I do not recommend and I returned for a Fitbit. Don't waste your time and money.

Bought this because employee told me it had fall detection,which it doesn't also can't make or receive phone calls. I guess it's more of a fitness watch. Returned

Just after 30 day the screen doesn’t work and customer service is impossible to get a hold of.

Lasted only month before screen stop working. Also starts in a foreign language with no clear instructions on how to change it.

About a month after the one year mark my Amazfit BIP 5 stop all functions including charging. No support! Go with a better product.

Just buy an Apple Watch instead. Heart rate readings seem incredibly inaccurate and random. Just spend the extra money and get an Apple Watch (my prior watch had died and this is what I decided to go with….. I’ll be getting sn Apple Watch again soon)

Had to return it and got the Apple Watch instead, site didn’t seem secure.

watch ok but not big scree as expected 47mm. not too many apps

I like it because I can track my sleep and steps every day and I like that it's band doesn't cause irritation on my wrist

I want to like this watch, especially for the battery life, price and all of its features.. However, I don't enjoy wearing it because of how large it is on my wrist... AND, I was noticing how low my step count is every day (I previously had a fitbit, so I've tracked my steps before)... To compare, I had my husband wear both his FitBit and my Amazfit (he wore them on the same wrist), and at the end of the day, his FitBit tracked over 8,000 steps and the AmazFit was just over 4,000! I'm going to do one more test and compare my phone step tracker on a walk vs. steps tracked by my Amazfit... but I'm skeptical. If the test fails, I will be returning asap..

This does exactly what I want it to. It gives me the weather, counts my steps, tracks my heart rate, has alarms and timers, checks my calendar, keeps my todo list, shows calories burned, let's me view and change my music, and this version allows me to answer calls and has Alexa built in for a personal assistant. And this is all from a device on my wrist! Pretty cool!

This smartwatch was very easy to set up. It gives me all the readings that I need, esp. when I am walking on a trail. Great for the price

Super cute. Works well and has long battery life. Great addition to my workout plan

Nice watch. It keeps notifications on. Can't turn notifications off.

Had to exchange the original watch after the screen stopped working. The sales attendant was very helpful and quickly exchanged for a new watch
