He had triple bypass a few years ago and this keeps him updated and informed if anything is not at levels where they should be.

Connects to Spotify so I can run hands free and listen to music, GPS tracks each mile and running pace, good battery life, etc. So far so good!

The only con is I thought it was stand-alone but when she goes too far from her cell it disconnects.

Measures heart rate. Can receive calls. What more can you complain about. For less than $100 this is the best smart watch you can get. Plus it has app support too. I had the first Amazfit bip back in 2019/2020 so i had to get this too. Thanks!

I’m still trying to figure everything thing out. It says I set it up to receive messages from my phone, but I can’t even get that to work. I would like to do that.
