Posted .Hi EmanuelP, we are sorry to hear this. Please try to factory reset the watch to see if that will resolve the issue. The reset option is found under the watch's Settings -> System. Please note you will need to unpair all previous connections before you are able to pair it back up. Please make sure the watch is unpaired from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Next make sure you unpair it on the Zepp app by going to Device -> Amazfit Bip 6 -> Unpair.
After that is done then you can go through the pairing process in the Zepp app. Open the Zepp app and go to Device -> +Add -> Add Device -> Watch, to scan the QR code to pair back the watch.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My watch screen locked on me after 2 weeks of buying the watch, and I am unable to unlock it. I tried restarting the watch. Unfortunately the app does not have a factory reset option.

Posted .You would just need to press and hold any of the buttons on the side to unlock it. You are able to disable the lock screen from the control center on the watch. You can access the control center by swiping down from the main watch dial. From there look for the lock icon and tap on it to disable it. You can unpair it from the Zepp app to reset the watch as well. If you need further assistance then plesae email or support team at support.na@amazfit.com. Michael | Amazfit Support
