RIP OFF - Stopped working after 16 days. NO RETURN

very disappointed in my third amazfit watch

Posted .You would just need to press and hold any of the buttons on the side to unlock it. You are able to disable the lock screen from the control center on the watch. You can access the control center by swiping down from the main watch dial. From there look for the lock icon and tap on it to disable it.
