The only complaint I have is the speakers, i have to turn it up to about 20 to hear it when the last amazon tv i bought i only had to turn it to 10 to hear it.

The techs were very knowledgeable, and installing the wall mount for my daughter's TV was seamless. The techs were a few hours late, but the overall service was superb. The Amazon TV is a must buy. Picture and sound quality are excellent, and I love the fact that all our favorite apps are available.
