Picture quality is a little cloudy or gray looking. Nice selections though through this TV.

Difficult to use. Set up was very difficult and getting the home page to come is difficult. Wish I got the Samsung that was the same price.

The remote and hdmi ports stopped working within 2 months, after I could return the product. Amazon will not honor warranty because I purchased this at Best Buy.

Have to admit, i wanted an LG at this size but the price was amazingly competitive for a TV in this class and with a UHD picture that other 43 kich TVs struggle to have. This TV is used in a guest room but immediately delivered right out of the box. I needed this TV as sme of the others sucvh as TCL and Toshioba do not carry the Xfinity app. After logging the TV onto myt network it immediately walked me through the connectivity process. The OS is very fast and reactive. Now for the picrure.Amazing for a TV this size. Now for those of you not used to UHD viewing, you need to know that some picture settings will need to be adjusted. Most UHD filmed series and movies on Netflix and Prime are filmed to make it like you are in a movie theater so the picture will be darker. The TV picture adjusts to the type of show it was filed in, UHD, 4K, etc. You should see those types in the directory as you browse movie and shows on your favorite app. If you don't like the default picture then you can go to the advanced settings and make the needed changes but for the most part, the picture is bright enough for a small to medium room and displays an accurate and clean picure. As with any flat screen TV, a soundbar is recommended as the speakers have a hollow and somewhat auditorium like sound. Nothing extravagant is needed, just something to bump up the sound. The Alexa voice control is fast and accurate, so if you want a voice controlled remote, spend the extra $30 for it. Otherwise, you get your basic remote with typical shortcuts that include Disney Plus, Netflix and Prime and Hulu and YouTube. Overall, this TV's picture for a smaller 43 inch flat screen wins the prize. If you want a budget TV with a not so small budget picure then this is your TV!

The tv only works with internet. You can’t get any Spanish Chanel with the antenna

Easy to set up and clear as a bell. Very intuitive set up and operation. Great value. Sound is mediocre…but that’s easily remedied.

This tv easily intergrates with the Alexa system we have in our home. No more remote alexa does all the work for you. Funtions just like an echo dot except it has a 55inch screen that seamlessly connects to all your streaming apps. Picture quality is fine, sound quality is fine. With the ongoing upgrades to Alex via software this tv will continue to get smarter which is also a plus.

I returned this tv. It did not do what it was purported to do - respond to voice directions through Alexa. Also the resolution was not very good. Don’t waste your money. Best Buy was great about taking it back.
