These things are pretty quick and the Amazon Fire remotes are well designed and very easy to click through things quickly. If the Home screen were a little less cluttered I'd give it 5 stars.

I love the remote I bought this one because it has the remote find feature and I was constantly losing my other remote so it’s nice that I can ask Alexa where this one is and she can ping it for me. This was one of my main reasons for my shopping trip to Best Buy. I’m glad they finally came out with one of these very useful

Significant updates that are useful like find the remote, “Earphone” option for privacy and late night viewing. Not many options we can set for presets 1,2 options.

Bought for the backlight. One worry I had was battery life and maybe it's just the remote I got but the battery life is a huge problem. I'm getting Abt 3-4 weeks out of fresh engerizer batteries before the volume and power buttons start to act up and not work. The light is great in a dark room but it's not worth having to constantly swap batteries. And internal battery and a USB-C charge port would have been nice. Would have paid 10-15$ more for that option. You could use rechargable batteries but if you have a silicone case on your remote you know the hassles.

Bought this to replace the remote for a Toshiba FireTV. Working great so far (2 weeks in). Had to sync to the TV twice, but other than that it synced right up. I like the backlit buttons that the original did not have. I have not used the Voice function yet.

Needed to replace my firestick remote that my kids lost. Didnt even know there was a pro remote. The employee recommended it and its awesome so far. Has two shortcut buttons you can assign apps too and has a find my remote feature you can ring with the app!

This is an excellent upgrade to the standard remote supplied by the original manufacturer.

Definitely a better remote than the cheaper options. Features Alexa and a ring shaped arrow controls. WARNING: WILL NOT REGISTER WITH A FIRETV FRESH FROM FACTORY RESET. I made this expensive mistake before learning that I had to download a FireTV app and connect my smartTV via ethernet cable to my router.

This is a great remote. I use it to talk to Alexa. It has a remote finder if your remote is lost. It has backlight for the buttons. I love it bought 2

When our 5 year old remote suddenly don't works anymore I immediately get this from BestBuy Danbury , so easy to reprogram and the lighted numbers are amazing specially during the night. I highly recommend this product! Amazing gadget!
