If the remote finder feature isn't working on your Alexa Voice Remote Pro, try these steps:
Restart your Fire TV by unplugging it from the power source for 1 minute before plugging it back in.
Make sure the batteries in the remote are good.
For best performance, use alkaline batteries.
If one of the batteries is bad, replace both batteries.
Make sure you're using the correct voice command: "Find my remote."
If you're using the Fire TV app to find your remote, make sure that the app is connected to the same Fire TV as your remote.
If you have more than one Alexa Voice Remote Pro paired with your devices, make sure you're using the correct name of the remote you're trying to find.
You can view and manage the Alexa Voice Remote Pro names in the Alexa app. The names appear under All Devices.
Unpair and then pair your Alexa Voice Remote Pro with your Fire TV device.
