As for the list of spoken Alexa commands, there are a few different ways one can access this. The easiest way is to simply press the Alexa button and say "Tell me what you can do." This will bring up an onscreen Help menu showing numerous commands you can use. You can also access this through the Help menu under Settings. Lastly, there is an Device FAQ Knowledge Library on Amazon's website that you can use to see a full list as well. When all else fails, you can always contact Amazon Customer Support directly 24/7 at 888.280 4331. I do hope these tips help to improve upon your experience and that you have a tremendous day!

The voice activation button should not be sticking and may be an issue with the one you have. I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to troubleshoot and explore options. We are also always working to push software updates to address any potential bugs you may be experiencing. These updates will come through automatically after setup and many times that your Fire TV device receives an update. The Fire TV Remote Pro is not the same device as one of our Fire TV Sticks you may be thinking of. Fire TV Sticks give you access to download many apps and content of your choosing. Fire TV Sticks also have shortcut buttons for your favorite streaming!

I keep trying, and it still will not pair. You can use your finger for the remote that’s built-in, but it only limits you to do certain things.
